This webinar served as a course project led by students from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Team 1). Designed to equip beginners with practical investment knowledge, the event showcased advice from two industry experts. Primarily promoted through a Facebook event, the webinar was hosted on Zoom.
My tasks
- Crafted and executed captivating social media content and posters to promote the event. Resulted in:
- Reached 1,895 individuals on Facebook.
- Received 78 responses for the event participation.
- Attracted over 100 participants, including both students and professionals.
- In charge of guest speakers coordinating.
- In charge of overseeing the ICT (using Zoom, PowerPoint, Webropol) for the event.
